Improvising at its Best

This pandemic has given me lots of time to learn new recipes and this is one I’ve been wanting to make for a long time. But of course who has a panettone pan. Not I! Therefore I emptied some diced tomato cans and lined them with parchment paper and so far the mini panettone look wonderful. Hopefully they will taste great and I will share the recipe in my recipes. Have a great day everyone and choose to learn something new. You may surprise yourself.
