Minnekhada Trail
Minnekhada Regional Park is located in Coquitlam BC. It has seven different trails from easy to moderate. Today Gian, Crystal, Brody, Rux the dog and I went up to the high knolls and low knolls where we saw two views of the Pitt River. The scenery of trees and water is absolutely stunning but what made it even better was the November weather that allowed us to walk without any rain or cold. With Brody the hike became more about enjoying everything around us therefore the 6.1km hike took us 1 hour and 50 minutes. Along the way we stopped for incredible stories and photos.
