Taking the Vegan plunge

Well not fully as you can’t take meat away from an Italian. But this week I’m expanding my horizons by making it Vegan week. I’ve researched lots of recipes and have come up with a few twists to make them mine. I’ve had to go out and buy things I’ve never heard of but it’s time to grow my pallet and hopefully I will have a few good meals that I can use when I want a meatless option. Can’t wait to share my adventures on the website. Be well everyone.
