Serves 8 Tiramisu or “Pick me Up” is a creamy dessert that originates in Friuli Italy. When I met Gianni he ranted about no one makes Tiramisu as Bruno a chef who owned a restaurant in Udine. On our honeymoon we went to Udine and I was lucky to make this delicious light and airy dessert. It took me several takes at home to get it perfect.
