Mud Pie

Makes 1 Pie

When I made the mud cups I had way too much filling therefore because I had a ready to go graham pie crust in the pantry, I quickly came up with the mud pie to go with the mud cups. Either one simply sinful.


1 pack of 102 g instant chocolate pudding

1.5 cups milk

1 pack Cool Whip

250 grams mascarpone cheese

1 cup icing sugar

1 premade graham pie crust


  1. Make chocolate pudding by whisking pudding mix and milk until it has thickened, set in fridge for at least 15 minutes

  2. Beat ½ of the cool whip, mascarpone cheese, and icing sugar with electric mixer until fully blended

  3. Fold cheese mixture into the pudding

  4. Scoop mixture into graham crust

  5. Let set in fridge for two hours

  6. Spread as much of the left over cool whip onto the pie

  7. Shave any kind of chocolate on top of the pie

  8. Refrigerate for another two hours

  9. Slice and serve
