Berry Pan Cake

Makes 1 cake

This is so simple to make that you will think no way it’s that simple. Only 6 Ingredients!

The canned pie fillings make this very fruity, the harvest crunch gives it texture, and the cake mix is the cobbler. All work amazing well with ice cream topping.


Cooking spray

1 can blueberry pie filling

1 can cherry pie filling

1 cup harvest crunch

1 box white or yellow cake mix

¾ cup butter


  1. Preheat oven 360°F and spray 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray

  2. Pour in both pie fillings and using a spatula mix them together

  3. Sprinkle harvest crunch all over the filling

  4. Spread cake mix all over the top of the harvest crunch

  5. Cut butter into small pieces and sprinkle evenly over the top of cake mix

  6. Bake 30 – 40 minutes until fruit starts to bubble up around the sides and the cake turns golden

  7. Remove from oven and let sit for five minutes

  8. Serve with ice cream or whip cream

Can be covered and stored in refrigerator and then microwaved to heat
