Cheesy Artichoke Dip

Most artichoke dips are heavy but this one with its tomatoes, peppers and onions is a lot lighter and tasty. Great augment to any appetizer night or charcuterie board.

Cheesy Artichoke Dip


250 g cream cheese

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/4 tsp Lawry’s garlic salt

1 tbsp Frank’s hot sauce

1 can artichokes (chopped)

2 cups shredded cheddar

½ cup diced tomato

½ cup diced pepper

¼ cup diced jalapeño's

½ cup diced green onion


  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F

  2. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt and hot sauce

  3. Fold in 1 3/4 cups of the cheddar cheese and artichokes.

  4. Put in a shallow dish and top with tomato and peppers

  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese

  6. Bake for about 15-20 mins and then sprinkle green onion and serve while warm.

Serve with Nacho chips and enjoy!
