Chicken Soup

Serving size 6


3 chicken drumsticks

1 cup diced onion

1 cup diced carrots

1.5 cups diced potatoes

2 chicken bouillons

1 vegetable bouillon

2 cups baby meatballs

Water to fill large soup pot

2 cups dry cut spaghetti


  1. Boil the drumsticks for five minutes

  2. Skin and clean the drumsticks

  3. Put drumsticks, veggies and bouillons in large soup pot and fill with water

  4. Turn heat to high and bring to a fast boil

  5. Let boil for five minutes and add baby meatballs (recipe for meatballs here)

  6. Bring to a boil again and then turn down heat to simmer

  7. Let simmer for two hours

  8. Cook pasta per directions on package

  9. Take chicken out, shred it and put back in pot

  10. Add the pasta to the soup

  11. Serve with garlic bread
