Crockpot Ribs

Serving size 4 Ingredients 2 cups your favourite BBQ sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 3 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp chili pepper 3 lbs baby pork ribs Salt to taste Pepper to taste Directions

  1. Combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and chili pepper in a bowl

  2. Cut ribs into three ribs per piece

  3. Salt and pepper the ribs

  4. Place ribs in crock pot and cover with sauce

  5. Cook low and slow for 8 hours or high for 4.5 hours.

  6. When ready serve with rice

  7. Spoon sauce from crock pot onto ribs and rice
