One Pot Macaroni Casserole

This is a great meal when you don't have a lot of time to cook.

Very filling and tasting. You can use any types of meat you like. I love turkey in this.


1 tablespoon oil

½ onion - chopped

2 garlic cloves – thinly chopped

1 lb ground turkey (or any ground meat you like)

1 can Aylmer Accents petit cut stewed tomatoes

1 can water

2 tablespoon tomato paste

1 package President’s Choice macaroni and cheese (can use Kraft)

1 cup frozen peas and carrot mix

Salt and pepper to your taste

Franks Hot Sauce to your taste (optional to give a little kick)

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Heat oil in pan and add onion and garlic. Fry to lightly golden

  2. Add ground turkey and cook on high until meat is brown

  3. Add stewed tomatoes, water and tomato paste and stir

  4. Bring to a boil and add macaroni, cheese package, salt, pepper and hot sauce

  5. Stir and cover. Turn heat to medium low and cook for ten minutes

  6. Take off the element and top the casserole with cheddar cheese.

  7. Cover and let sit five minutes

  8. Can serve as side dish for four people or a meal for two people
