Pork Pepper & Onion Pasta

Serving size 4

For a vegetarian version omit the pork and chicken broth and use vegetable broth instead.


500 grams of dry pasta

2 tbsp oil

1 onion

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 orange pepper

400 grams pork

1/2 cup chicken broth

Garlic salt to taste

Pepper to taste

3 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

¼ cup Parmesan grated cheese


  1. Cook pasta per instructions (use any pasta you like

  2. Thickly julienne the onion and peppers

  3. Cut pork into 1 inch pieces

  4. Sauté peppers and onions for 5 minutes

  5. Add pork and sauté for 2 more minutes

  6. Add pork, garlic salt, pepper and hot sauce and simmer for ten minutes

  7. Add pasta and toss

  8. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve
