Feta Creamy Pasta

Serves: 4

Full of veggies, ham and feta cheese makes this pasta very creamy and hearty.

Omit the ham to make this a vegetarian pasta.


500 grams dried pasta

1 tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion julienned

1 large bell pepper julienned

1 medium zucchini chopped in ½ inch cubes

1 cup vegetable broth

½ cup chopped ham (omit to make it vegetarian)

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Garlic salt or salt & pepper to taste

Grated parmesan cheese


  1. Cook pasta per directions on package

  2. Heat oil in large skillet on high, sauté onion and peppers for five minutes

  3. Add zucchini and sauté until zucchini is starting to brown

  4. Pour in vegetable broth and cook on high until liquid evaporates by half

  5. Stir in ham and cook for five minutes (Omit to make it vegetarian)

  6. Add feta cheese and stir until sauce becomes creamy

  7. Scoop in pasta with a pasta scoop which adds a little water as you add the pasta. If you don’t have a pasta scoop, uses a colander and keep ½ cup of pasta water

  8. Stir everything until pasta is well dredged with sauce

  9. If sauce is too thick pour in some pasta water until you have smooth creamy consistency

  10. Add garlic salt or salt and pepper to taste

  11. Plate pasta and sprinkle with parmesan
