Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Serves: 2

When you want a light version of wraps or tacos try this tasty full of veggies turkey lettuce wrap.


2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp garlic

1 cup diced red and yellow peppers

1 cup diced onions

½ cup shredded carrots

1 lb ground turkey

1 lettuce head

½ cup sweet red chili sauce

½ cup Frank’s hot sauce

1 tsp salt

1 cup dry noodles


  1. Heat oil in skillet and add garlic, peppers, onion and carrots

  2. Sauté for five minutes and add turkey

  3. Cook until turkey is brown

  4. Add chili, hot sauce and salt

  5. Cook for 5 minutes

  6. Cut, wash and dry each lettuce leaf

  7. Put a scoop of meat vegetable mix into lettuce leaf and top with a tablespoon of dry noodles

  8. Wrap the lettuce and eat

  9. Watch out it can be messy – have napkins on hand
