Broccoli Salad

Salad Ingredients

6 cups broccoli flowers

3/4 chopped small. Red onion

1/2 sunflower or pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup craisin

1 cup feta crumbled

Dressing Ingredients

1 cup Olympic Krema Yogurt

1/2 cup light mayo

4 tbsp white sugar

2 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper


  1. Put broccoli flowers, onions, feta cheese and craisons in plastic bag zip lock bag. Layered not shaken.

  2. Dressing can be made 2 days ahead by mixing everything together. Keep separate until ready to eat.

  3. When ready to eat add dressing to the bag and shake everything together.

  4. Put in a bowl and sprinkle sunflower or pumpkin seeds on top

Note - This makes a great left over dish for lunch the next day
