Turkey & Snow Peas Stir Fry – Stir Fry con Tacchino e Taccole
Scorri a basso per l’Italiano
Serves: 3
A snow pea stir fry always brings me a sense of home. Since snow peas can be difficult to find in Italy, I grabbed them the moment I saw them at the market. Their crisp texture, vibrant green color, and delicate sweetness instantly remind me of Canada. This stir fry is quick, colorful, and comforting — with juicy turkey, tender vegetables, a savory sauce, and those special snow peas coming together to create a truly satisfying meal.

Soya sauce to taste
2 eggs
Thai sauce to taste
Sliced green onions to taste
Sesame seeds to taste
Directions
Cook the rice per the instructions on the package

Transfer turkey to plate and set aside
In the wok add onions and pepper and 2 tablespoons of broth and sauté for three minutes
Stem cauliflower, broccoli and carrots for a few minutes in the microwave
Add the steamed vegetables to the wok and sauté for a couple of minutes, adding broth to ensure they don’t burn
Pour in as much soya sauce you want and mix everything well

Stir Fry con Tacchino e Taccole
Porzioni: 3
Ingredienti
Riso basmati per 3
2 cucchiai di olio di sesamo
400 gr petto di tacchino tagliato a pezzi
Sale all'aglio a piacere
Brodo di verdure secondo necessità
135 gr di cipolle affettate
215 gr di peperoncino rosso in giuliana
220 gr di cavolfiore tagliato a pezzetti
115 gr di broccoli tagliati a pezzetti
80 gr di carote affettate
Salsa di soia a piacere
2 uova
Salsa thailandese a gusto
Cipollotti affettati a gusto
Semi di sesamo a gusto
Indicazioni
Aggiungi i piselli e mescola bene.
