Lemon Pomegranate Cheesecake – Cheesecake Limone e Melograno
Scorri a basso per l’Italiano
Makes: 12 jars
A luscious no-bake lemon pomegranate cheesecake layered in elegant glass jars, featuring silky lemon cream cheese filling over a buttery biscuit crumb base. Finished with a hint of citrus zest and jewel-like pomegranate. This is a refreshing dessert that is perfectly balanced between creamy, tangy, and sweet — a stunning individual treat that looks as beautiful as it tastes.
Note: I changed recipe to use lemon peel/zest and juice instead of orange, which is pictured, as I think the combination is better with pomegranate

Cheesecake Limone e Melograno
Dosi: 12 vasetti
