Meal Plan 3

This week we have some easy meals prepared in a crockpot or in a single pan and a variety of chicken, pork, turkey and pasta meals. Augmented with different veggies or salads.

I've also included a grocery shopping list which you can purchase your items for the week and know they will be used up during the week. It is very important you review the Pantry Must Have Items as these are items I use all the time and therefore may not add them to the grocery list. If I do add it to the list I will mark it as "STAPLE" so you know this is an item you should have in your pantry.
