Side Salad

This simple green salad is great to augment any other flavourful dish so it doesn’t take away from the meal itself.


Ingredients

1 large Romaine lettuce – cleaned and chopped

2 finely chopped green onions

Olive oil to taste

White vinegar to taste

Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Add lettuce and onions in a medium bowl

  2. Pour in olive oil

  3. Add vinegar and salt and pepper to taste

  4. Mix well and serve as a side dish
