Valentine's Day Meal
Cooking with love happens every day for me but on Valentine's Day I always want to try something a little extra special. I put together this meal and the focus is hearts, which is the perfect symbol of Valentine's Day. I had Steven and Sarah for dinner and they loved it.
This full meal has turkey and pork as the meat, I've tried baking artichoke (they have a heart) for the first time, couscous for the starch, a side salad and two deserts chocolate shortbread and strawberry cheesecake with a twist. I hope you try the meal out or parts of it as it won't disappoint.
Valentine's Day Meatloaf is a heart shaped turkey and pork meatloaf full of veggies and cheese then covered with puff pastry and baked to perfection.

Baked Parmesan Artichoke adds color and flavour to this meal. You have to be adventurous and give it a try. Of course make sure you eat the right part of the artichoke as that is the key to yumminess.

Peas and Ham Couscous is a great light carb that augments any meal but especially this one as it brings a nice texture to the overall meal.

Salad for this meal had to be very simple so just a plain Side Salad complemented this meal perfectly.
