Gnocchi & Meatballs – Gnocchi e Polpette
Having Ready to Go Meatballs in the freezer allows me to bring delicious meals together with not much effort. Yes, we let the sauce cook slowly to absorb the meatball flavours but that effort is very easy.

Bacon Asparagus Trofie – Trofie al Bacon e Asparagi
Trofie is a thin twisted funny looking pasta from the Liguria region of Italy. It is believed it originated in the town of Sori in the province of Genoa. Trofie means “gnocchi” in the Ligurian dialect, and even though this pasta is made from flour and potatoes, it has a different in shape and texture over the gnocchi.
Today I combined this pasta with a creamy sauce with bacon and asparagus. Truly a delicious meal.

Crème de la Crème Chicken / Pollo
Cooking with friends is priceless - I came up with this recipe because I wanted something I could cook around midday. A dish perfect for a late lunch or early dinner — and one that my friend Indira and I could make together while enjoying each other’s company.
Rice, creamy chicken and a tomato, cucumber and bocconcini salad made this a complete meal.
